At The Float Shoppe, floatation therapy in a spa of epsom salts eases sore muscles and joints. The floating sensation also frees your mind to wander in new, unexpected places. A 90 minute session in the float tank costs $60, or $90 for a couple. The Float Shopppe opened in early 2012, and has since added acupuncture treatments and massage therapy. Stop by the newly remodeled space at 1515 NW 23rd Ave or call 503-719-4743. Online at www.floatshoppe.com.

Also featured is an extensive therapeutic book selection.
