Ashiyu Foot Spas in Sellwood is offering sessions in their new infrared sauna. Infra-red is more penetrating than steam heat, bringing pain relief and detoxifying you from the inside out. Infrared sauna use has been found to reduce high blood pressure, help weight loss and relieve arthritis. Ashiyu’s sauna is in a private room. It has room for two people to enjoy it togther. It has temperature and light controls on the inside, and a built in CD player. A half-hour sauna session at Ashiyu is just $15, or ask about a four-visit punch card.
